Kitty Hawk Technologies applies its Mission Thread Integration Lead (MTIL) methodology to counter-unmanned systems defense — connecting sensors, effectors, legal authorities, and command structures into a coherent operational architecture before a dollar is spent on hardware.

This framework was the subject of original research presented to Department of the Navy leadership at the Naval Postgraduate School’s Acquisition Research Symposium.
