We have an immediate opening for a Sr. Software Engineer to join our team. This position will provide an opportunity to develop the innovative technology that supports some of our nation’s most important defense initiatives. This position is contingent upon contract award.

  • Conduct and coordinate individual projects required to support the development of virtual and physical 3D gaming environments to support fleet training requirements.
  • Coordinate simulation development activities associated with interactive level combat systems simulations.
  • Design, develop and maintain complex, combat system simulations.
  • Experience includes C++, C# or other software languages for software development and maintenance, and software integration testing.
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining software development schedules and monitoring the technical progress of computer program module development toward these schedules.
  • Experienced in utilizing computer program development tracking tools that capture all new development requirements, tracks computer program defects, accurately reflects current implementation status of each item, and with job estimation activities.
  • Write maintainable and performance code to realize technical designs
  • Knowledge of databases (MySQL/T-SQL, SQL-Server, SQL development)
  • Experience with software configuration management processes and performing Software CM functions on a major project/program
  • Experience with creating software for the purpose of hardware emulation
  • Experience with using the Agile development process


  • A bachelor's degree in a Computer, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Mathematics field and at least ten (10) years of software development experience, OR A master's degree in a Computer, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Mathematics field and at least five (7) years of software development experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET DoD clearance is a must - U.S. Citizenship is required. Proficient with programming languages, including C/C++, Java, and C#
  • Ability to collaborate with other programmers in a shared code base
  • Experience building libraries and APIs as well as knowledge of the latest gaming trends
  • Strong analytical, artistic, technical skills & ability to solve complex software/coding issues
  • Familiarity with one or more M&S frameworks and protocols
  • Experience working with hardware and network protocols
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills, including the ability to readily decompose complex problems into smaller, manageable tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously as well as with large and small teams of programmers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
